Lobis-Hill is a property development company that was set up with the mission to redevelop underutilised land and buildings found across the capital in order to create unique and exceptionally designed luxury living.

With the majority of the remaining land in London within the Green Belt or otherwise unavailable for development (for example, designated parks), there is simply very little capacity for greenfield housing development in London.

By repurposing existing commercial buildings that are no longer fit for purpose or developing on 'small sites' that are typically overlooked due to their size or odd location we are able to help the capital’s meet its housing needs as set out in the London plan
